In the comments section under one of my car reviews a viewer asked me, whether I went to Geneva, and was there anything I liked in particular. I replied: absolutely not. This does need a bit of explanation. Back in the day..... ;)
My first thought was "Why the awkwardly dancing girls?"
As the loving owner of a Mazdaspeed6, I kinda feel like it's better in the sedan (Can't speak for the MS3, but legend says it's torque-steer insanity) despite being more deserved by the roadster.
Believe it or not, but Poland does have some car history. As usual there was a war and many other obstacles, which left us no choice, but to manufacture the FSO Polonez, but in an alternative version of history we could have been like the Brits. Instead we're trying to be like the Dutch. And that's no bad thing either.
I don't usually film or post stuff like that (although I realise it's likely to get a good few clicks more, than what I usually do). I'm showing you this, because no matter whether you're a young woman or a (approaching, I keep telling myself) middle-aged man, the reaction to a very fast car is usually the same.
The new MINI is about 80 cm longer from Sir Alec Issigonis original. To keep the classic proportions intact all the other dimensions are bigger as well, and the bulging rear lights are an overkill. But the MINI is catching up with BMW.
This is sort o a Christmas Special. There's a journey in two Rolls-Royces across Central Europe, German food, and a 120 foot statue of Jesus. If that doesn't make you feel like Christmas, than what does? ;)
It's been an interesting year for me on YouTube. According to best social media practices I should do something extra for special occasions, like Christmas. So here it is. Have a great one! ;)
In the summer of 2012 Renault in Poland gave me a call, and asked whether I'd like a short spin in the Twizy. Hell, yeah! I had only a couple of hours with the car, but it was great fun, and I even managed to shoot a quick review (it's at the bottom of the post). However I was left wondering, what's Twizy like to live…
Convertibles: you either love them or hate them. Generally I love them in the spring time, when it drizzles... You name it.
